Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan in Norway (Denmark and Iceland)

DOCUMENT AUTHENTICATION

Standard and commercial documents may be authenticated at the embassy. Authenticated documents may be used in Sudan after they are certified by the competent authorities.

Requirements for standard document authentication:

– Documents issued by Norwegian, Danish or Icelandic Government competent authorities must first be authenticated by the Ministry of foreign affairs of issuance countries.

– Documents issued by a Sudanese competent authority must first be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Khartoum, Sudan.

Requirements for commercial document authentication:

– Commercial documents issued by Norwegian, Danish or Icelandic competent authorities must first be by the Ministry of foreign affairs of issuance countries.

Important Information

– Please make sure to provide the embassy with a copy of the document authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs of one of the previously mentioned countries..

– All certificates of origin must be authenticated by the embassy in order to be used in Sudan.
